### **Zetachain Foundation**

In return for the Zetachain Foundation's sizable and ongoing support of Beam as the primary protocol on their chain, they are entitled to 35% of Beam's initial token distribution. Support includes liquidity seeding, a development grant, partnerships, and much more. The Beam team is very excited to have the confidence and backing of its native blockchain foundation, as this only reinforces Beam's foundation for present and future success.

### **Team**

20% of the initial supply has been distributed to the team as locked veBEAM.

The core team members will have their interests align with Beam by receiving a percentage of the initial supply in the form of voted escrow tokens. This allocation allows team members to participate in the upside of the protocol while having a long-term oriented position. This is also the only compensation that the team is being paid in. All trading fee revenue collected by the protocol is reinvested into the Beam ecosystem.

### **Initial Liquidity**

5% of the initial supply is to be been paired with $ZETA to provide enough liquidity at launch.

### Protocol Reserve

25% of initial supply will be left in reserve for any future partnerships, token raises, or other campaigns that would support the Beam ecosystem.

### Zero Airdrop

10% of initial liquidity is reserved to honor an airdrop for Beam's prior iteration, Zero.

### Marketing

5% of initial liquidity will be devoted to marketing campaigns and KOLs to increase Beam's exposure to the wider Web3 community and increase onchain engagement.
