# MetaRouter

MetaRouter is Beam's meta-aggregation engine that leverages integrated, native protocols like UniSwap, SushiSwap, Relay, etc to execute swaps when liquidity for the route is not natively available on Beam. \
\
While Beam's liquidity pools are geared towards trading gas tokens and stablecoins between blockchains, MetaRouter allows for trades of more obscure tokens on each connected chain, and even beyond Zetachain connected chains.

As the team integrates more protocols into MetaRouter, Beam's second-level liquidity and tradebility will only grow, making it a one stop destination for trading assets.

Beam takes a 0.05% fee on all MetaRouter trades through Beam's interface, which flows to veBEAM holders in the form of weekly bribes to reward pools which benefit the ecosystem the most.
